I’m nobody to tell a man his business but I wanted to mention two things. First they have specific counter sink bits you can get for a decent price so you don’t have to modify or ruin a good bit. Second, Bob Smith Industries sells a product called Un-Cure that I have been using for years. It does an amazing job on separating RC tires from the rim and it’s a super quick and very clean process, I thought you might want to give it a look. I love your channel bud, you always have great content and it’s always light and fun, not like all the other channels I follow that spend half the video tryin to force their over priced merch down our throats. Keep up the good work mate.
A drill bit gives a much nicer countersink because you match the drill size to the countersink size. Dedicated countersinks are ok as a quick fix but a normal drill gives much better results. I'll check out bobs anlthough acetone fumes do the best job I've found. cheers

Awesome burnout!! even though it was short lived!! I wonder if you could find some chunky buggy rubber to burn, i'm guessing its probably too soft. Maybe rubber like whats on a push bike would rip up for a while... Love your work Kev!

Hey kev, it works better if you leave the tire in a sealed container but not submerged in the acetone. Put something under it to keep it from getting on the wheel. The fumes are enough

I throw my wheels in the oven and bake them @165 celsius for +-12 minutes and the glue loses it's tackyness! I've only tried this with Traxxas wheels and read on forums that some rims can melt... Just do it! I love this burnout beast|!!

@@jdcrcspares7436 Because better R/C wheels are usually Nylon, which is unaffected by acetone. Only really cheap Chinese ones are ABS, which is completely soluble in it.
I think the wheels are made from abs. Abs dissolves in acetone. Now you know ;) You can also glue abs with acetone.
