I'm really fortunate in the fact that this grandiose narc writes out everything in his own handwriting. Not only does that create instant authentication, but it will make him look weak in an annoying sense to any judge that has to read it. He also rambles on down annoying and irrelevant bunny trails that will annoy a judge. And in half of his writings, he stupidly shares information that amounts to a shooting of himself in the foot. So, the lesson learned is to KEEP EVERYTHING THEY WRITE TO YOU. You never know when it's going to conflict with something else they said or did. Consider everything potential evidence. They lie that much!

@@frau_ic - even things that aren't truly against you at all! Be careful how you word things. Anything that can be interpreted more than one way, the narc will twist as supposedly supporting something you were not intending at all. And don't overshare. The less they know about, the better. Right now, I'm working on a letter to a co-heir, revealing a lot of documented falsehoods the narc has lobbed at that co-heir about me. The narc is trying to con that co-heir into approving the narc's accounting of estate assets & expenditures that decedent set up to be handled by her lawyer. I get concerned about what the narc may do to retaliate, because the letter exposes him big time. And he has no way to dispute any of it. I wish my exit strategy was further along, but it's starting to firm up.

Things became chaotic when I exposed an toxic coworker and I pushed him back. But fortunately other team members realized how toxic he is and all members except him left the company.
I just got "let go" from a job where exactly this was happening... Other team member stepped in to protect me... Then I got the axe when the other member weren't on shift...
When did that happen?

ive been thru all this tooo many times and finally cut off the narcissist in my life and they threatened me from a fake account with just a picture of death. narcissist's are mostly evil as hell and STAY AWAY. they are the worst type of humans. they will always try and come back but just STOP. disengage. it took me way too many years to understand he was a narcissist and your videos have helped me so much.

Yes. You need to feel confident that when you sit down to negotiate your settlement, it is you and your lawyer on one side, they on the other. Not you against them *and* against your lawyer. My experience has been my ex-lawyer's junior (who pulled together all the info for my mediation on behalf of my lawyer who was travelling,) and his lawyer actually colluded so that I would come out *much* poorer. The end of the story is the mediator saw via the illegitimate financials (which I never signed) that my interest was purposely being undermined and pulled the plug. I was lucky. If you know your lawyer does not have your back, find another one or suffer the consequences. All on you.

I have to pick my battles and finally getting and Separation Agreement which will enable me to finally get that Divorce Decree Absolute, is my priority. I still have time to report her to the Upper Canada Law Society - and take her to small claims court to recoup the fraudulent invoicing associated with that scam.
If you have the right to pursue happiness... And the narcs target and steal happiness... How is the narcs abuse cycle not illegal? I know you can't make a "trait" illegal... But abuse is illegal... So this abuse should be illegal... But not the personality trait... Everyone has bad sides to them... But abuse is abuse is abuse...

Ine thing you have to plan on in dealing with a narc is spending a lit of time editing your moves, especially the written ones. Your writings have to be concise, no matter how much the narc inundates you. The shorter the better, because that will make a judge favor you over the rambling narc who brings in everything but the kitchen sink. Also, eliminate an acidic tone toward the narc. Much as you may want to strangle them for their latest move, don't do it in how you write about them. Employ grey rocking in your writing about them. wAs soon as you let your emotions rule the day in your writings about the narc is the day you lose the judge's favor. They hate a tit for tat fight, so just stick to the facts at issue. Does it sound like I'm setting things up for court? Well, I am. Criminal cour. If I go the civil route, I get disinherited. That narc is going down for embezzlement of estate assets. When I can share all the losses that embezzlement has cost me, I will. Suffice it to say they have been astronomical. So, no, I have no qualms about it being about the money. No money will replace Mom, but it will help me get to that happy place we all want out of this.
All the best in your quest. Technically it is about money (for them). It's about what they can get away with having to give you (not what is rightfully yours,) if anything at all, and wearing you out in the process while depleting your resources. Every penny you get is a loss to them so buckle up. Re editing, yup. Documenting their harassment and games translates into a novella. It's by design to make us look crazy and hysterical as nobody believes anybody would "x". But their deceit is so meticulous and practically teeters on criminal, you have to document the details because people can't otherwise see it. And even if they can understand what you're saying in 100 words or less, they don't understand WHY??!? because they are basically emotionally healthy, solid people.
Sorry you're going thru this right now... Very frustrating and soul draining... I had something like this happen over a $320,000 deal... Then she asked for $900,000 at closing...

They have healthy empathy, the ability to validate correctly. They will also have a natural kind caring nature ........ They don't go around hurting people or screwing people over. They have healthy values and healthy approach to life. They are not over materialistic or envious of others. They rationalise correctly and are not assholes.
