  • The 2024 BMW i5 eDrive40 is an all electric business sedan that shares the same platform as the G60 generation BMW 5 Series. Utilising a single electric motor driving power to the car via a real wheel drive configuration, the BMW i5 eDrive40 produces 335 bhp and 400Nm of torque from a 81.3 kWh battery pack, with 0-100km/h performance timed at 6 seconds. Inside the car, the integrated curve display now runs OS 8.5 with quick select widgets, wireless Apple Carplay & Android Auto.

    Great review. At least u nvr try to match up an M4 like some golf idiots on the road and focus on the review 👍. Yes wonderful comfort n enough acceleration.

    The Singapore version is a strip down version and don’t make any value at all to choose. It doesn’t even have adaptive cruise control or a sunroof and rear air con control ..

      Fair point. It reflects in the price though. Cars in the same segment that have all those things cost about $40-$50k more. So I think it’s correlated. Essentially, I don’t think BMW is shortchanging anybody.

    Is the i5 footwell shallower as compared to ice 5.
    As that is the case for i4 to ice 4 version.

      There are no official dimensions that reflect the depth of the footwell - but yes, I believe that it is a smidge shallower.
