  • I used to teach Hot Hula Fitness a faulous Hula Dance workout class. Each class would end with an abs and legs workout so this hula workout will be just that. Abs and Legs worked by just two simple hula moves. This hula workout is safe for pregnancy, postpartum and Diastasis Recti.

    Love that you do it with your children there. My thighs are burning. My knees hurt. Am I doing something wrong?

      Thank you! Thighs burning is great! Knee pain not good. You need to strengthen your knees. Checkout the "Knees over toes guy" TH-cam channel. He has awesome simple content for knee strengthening.

    I just had my child 19 years ago it’s still walk my friend. I never took the time to get my pelvis and Corde back in shape. With the COVID-19 crisis I started walking 3 miles a day and it took me a long time to be able to tolerate that. I saw this workout in being part Hawaiian thought this would be a natural introduction into a core workout that I could really get into besides boring sit ups in StanDing an exercises. Very And Doable and dynamic.

      Yes, I am aware. I'm from Hawaii I grew up with Hula. However, I am a certified Hot Hula Fitness Instructor it is an amazing dance workout dance that combines all the different types of Polynesian style dance into a really good workout I recommend you check it out. 😊

Many dance styles are incorporated into modern-day fitness, even ''actual hula dancers'' do so. You can't tell other people what to do, especially in that manner!
