Probably the single biggest benefit to these is the fact that Noctua and Phanteks currently don't have 140mm fans of their S tier 120mm series released to compete. These fans most likely excel for larger cases where you can fit 3 of these as intakes. Great video!

Thanks for the review, I almost think you forgot to release this 140 review. Actually, for the case fan test, I believe if you installed a heatsink (with fan) and a big GPU in the case, the heat generated will better demonstrate the difference between 120 and 140. I think big GPUs like 3080/90 will benefit more from a larger intake case fan.

Be Quiet smashing the aesthetics and with vg performance in their fan lineup 🥰👍💪. I personally have some Arctic P14 in my rig as they were great performing for an awesome price in comparison to the Be Quiet fans.

The O11D Evo *XL* will support 3x 420mm radiators. Would love to do a custom loop in that case with these fans!

If you look at the Silent Wings 4 specs, the 140mm models just don't have the static pressure, even Be Quiet admits that. The 140mm Silent Wings 4 fans, are more of a case fan, than an cooler fan.
I bought a 120mm Silent Wings 4 HS and it has replaced both a Silent Wings 3 (rear) and a P12 1700 Redux (top rear) in my case, while being quieter and dropping the GPU temps while gaming by about 3c.
The 120mm version of the Silent Wings 4 is a beast, even when running at only 1300rpm.

Very informative video! I would like to use this fan into a 3D printer acrylic housing and would like to know what I can use to connect the 4 pin connector on the 140mm Pro fan to 120V AC US house current. I would also like to know what the diameter of the fan circular part is because I plan on installing a HEPA filter to exhaust the fumes from the enclosure. Please let me know, thank you.

A hint on the radiator cooling, you need to noise normalise the test. do all fans at fx. 35db and which does the best, just letting run at full tilt is not going to show you much other than the performance of the radiator.

I wanted to buy the 4 Pro for my Silent Loop 2, but it seems that the P14 or even the ARGB (taking into account the non radiator test, they seem to perform better) will give me almost the same temps with less noise. Is that correct or am I wrong? Thank you

Is true that the frame/body is made of ABS enriched with fiber glass?

Looking forward to the comparison with the Noctua Nf a14 3000 rpm monsters, then it'll be a fair fight!
On the other hand, this fan impresses!

The blade design on these 140mm ones is a downgrade compared to the 120mm ones, the span of the blades is too short and they should have a more aggressive sweep. This is why the P14s still win.

Well, I didnt skip, because I didnt know anymore which of the exchange-able corners are for which use case.
Bought one of them, which will now go on my Silent Loop 2. 280. And then back into the Dan Case A4-H2O.
    cu, w0lf.
ps: lets see who picks up on that :D
