This year I am taking part in the winter pantry meals #threeriverschallenge, in which we are challenged to try not to spend or shop for groceries for 2 months and use up pantry and freezer staples to make room for this years garden harvest. It is a great way also to start planning what you may need for the following garden season. If you too struggle from year to year to make room for harvest season then definitely try this pantry challenge yourself at home. The #threeriverschallenge has been around for years now and I am finally going to attempt. We have a lot of pantry items so this challenge can really get your mind thinking and trying new recipes too. Join the fun! I have been inspired by many others in this challenge, I hope I can also help inspire you too. In this pantry meal challenge I will be doing mostly plant based, so maybe you will find new ways of doing old recipes!
