    You change my life doktora. ❤ new subscriber here. Yung akala ko na healthy and safe na diet ko noon is delikado pala for my health issues like moderate fatty liver, high blood pressure, high uric acid and high cholesterol. Now i know what to do by the help of your videos, in almost a month i already lost 7 kilos of my weight. Thank you so much doktora. ❤

    Watching po from taiwan, very informative DOC,, Very helpful po yung mga video nyo.
    NG CALORIE DEFICIT ako for 2months napabagal ng progress,, kasi ang dami ko din kinakain n carbs,, like bread, kamote, potatoes,
    PERO ngaun ng LOWCARB ako for 2weks na kita ko na ang progress,,

    dami ko talaga natutunan sau doc.nun 2 eggs a day lang kinakain ko pero kagabi napanood ko video mo ung 6 eggs a day pala pde kainin..salamat talaga doc.di na ako takot kumain ng 6 eggs a day🥰🇹🇼

    Doc ang inconsistent ko for two weeks 😭 pero nung 12 days ako low carb po ay nag lose weight ako at i feel better. Mag Start na lang po ako bukas april one thank you for this vid

      So thankful s life without rice ,truly adopted na ko ,for 16 hours fasting I've lost 6kg ,tmad everyday sometime omad.
      God is good and guest what all the results of my blood Chem are much normal to normal.

    Good evening Doc Grace I'm enroll on LCF master class I'm already 4mos. Only 12 hrs fasting. My lab test normal except FBS 111. MY WEIGTH 67 before now 60.I NOW SUPER LEG CRAMPS SOMTIMES. I DRINK WATER W/ SALT. IS THIS NORMAL FFECT OF LCF....thank you very much Doc. God bless.
