Using manifestation I have cleared all my debts.. but keeping our mind in positive way even when we are in deep trouble is really challenging.. but by training the mind and watching our thoughts we can regulate it..

When we are calm miracles happen. I do experience that. Without realising some good thing will happen. Even a small thing but what we wanted happens. Thats the point. I wanted to share on my breathing techniques. I started meditating long ago. There will be time i will do inhale exhale suddenly breathing stops a few seconds n concentration reach at the peak then the calmness is something that cannot be expressed but only can be felt.
