    Seems to like Number 4 is more of a Stability exercise. That involves balance. Please explain why it's more of a mobility movement.

      Think these should be done on their own. Maybe when you have 15-20 free minutes or right when you wake up

      You want someone to write you down a workout routine without knowing you or seeing what's your strength or what's your weakness
      You are very naiv even for being 12. Why you don't ask your coaches since they know way better on what you have to work.
      Second you are 12 years old you don't need to lift heavy weights and especially not without anyone teaching you how to do it properly.
      Try to understand what's wrong with your attitude and way of thinking so you will not be a part of that brain dead next generation
      Honestly wish you best of luck in life don't see this as hate

      Chill BA - he is 12, give a kid a break. Don’t be a hater dudette. I bet Coach Dane will always have good content for you, so work hard with your coaches at home and watch this channel. I stumble here about 6 months ago and got lots of good stuff from Dane.

    No 4 is probably a big no from my side. That's exactly the fear I have... Slipping on a round tube or a banana peel and falling like a cartoon character breaking my back....

      Use something for support or just do one foot at a time and lean into the ankle stretch!
