As a previous LGS owner, thank you for the shout-out Prof. That was very sweet and hopefully people follow your advice. My players tried their hardest to keep us alive and we just couldn't 😔, but we can do our part to ensure the survival of others.
Not gonna lie, Prof giving a battle cry while attempting to smash an Ultra Pro Tower was not on my list of things I expected to see today

I work in a non hardware paint store. Pretty sure those are 5000$+ for the single gallon spinners.

I really want that box to hold at least 75 cards, so I can have a modern battle box. Four different modern text with the sideboard. It would probably be Tron, blue white control, Burn, and Jumd.
As soon as I saw 60 cards I was disappointed. It'd be perfect if it fit 100.
@@sethmasters2147 I think it will be a quick fix, once custom feed came to the R&D, the box already have enough space just some small size adjust will do

BCW is 12 minutes from my house. Support local! :) You should email them. I think if they made it taller so you could stack the decks vertical instead of flat you could fit 4 100+ decks.

What I'm wondering though is if that compartment can fit a playmat, it looks a little bit too small unfortunately.
My favorite part about watching Quarantine Prof is that hes slowly losing it, and it shows in his vernacular. I love this character arc. (I also hope youre doing well Prof and you take care of yourself mentally when you can :) )
When you reviewed the original Quiver, I went out right away and bought one for my cube. It holds the entire thing double-sleeved and it is incredible. Guys, he's not kidding; the Quiver is an incredible product.

Does the price of the Ultimate Guard Superhive take it out of contention?
@@Colinmchapman in my opinion, most Ultimate Guard products are 10-20% overpriced. Good enough quality, but not at the price point they want.
Stanley small compartment toolbox for like $20 at most.

My Satin Tower is still working for my Pokemon card decks and I may never need to replace it because I don't hit mine against tables are shake it upside down.

That BCW box is absolutely incredible -- I've been using it to store LOTR LCG scenarios/decks. The compartment at the top wasn't quite big enough to store SW:Destiny dice, which was a huge bummer. This might be my favorite storage on the market. Great for throwing in a backpack, too!

Definitely a great choice. They're my second favourite behind the magnetic deck boxes with the Mana symbols on them. Both store very easily inside solid laptop or tool briefcases which I use to transport decks. I generally take off the bottom part from the tower since there are built-in pouches which can hold dice in the briefcases, which makes more room for more decks.
I only started playing in January and it's my favorite product for the price. It does what it needs to do pretty much perfectly for a reasonable cost, and as Prof demonstrated, those things are pretty durable.
Prof, your calls to help out local LGS' is admirable. I really enjoy seeing you whip around that quiver, some great facial expressions, made me chuckle. The luggage I got awhile ago, and I find it's awkward to carry whereas the satin cubes are about as standard as UTC.
I can get a cheap piece of actual luggage for $25. 😂
Yeah, the whale hunting that goes on with TCG accessories is legit.
The philips 10/12 deep slot storage container from Home Depot is $14-17 and the cubes hold 100+ cards

The BCW was designed with Transformers TCG in mind, which uses 40 card decks and Oversized character cards, but it's awesome to see the Prof reviewing it!
The bcw is perfect for Pokémon though, 4 standard meta decks on the go in such a compact form.
It's actually made for the Transformers TCG. Holds 2 decks and the extra large character cards
I love how in depth his descriptions of these boxes are. I agree that the satin tower is by far on of the best deck boxes out there. I personally use titan boxes though.

Been using a backpack for years, but after seeing that Quiver Bolt I'm planning on getting one of those. That looks amazing for carrying a few decks and dice/counters. As little time as I get to go out and play paper Magic, this product sounds amazing to throw a few decks into with a few accessories to just take off and not worry about lugging a big bag around. For commander, my wife and I use those Stanley toolbox things. They are fantastic. 12 decks each. Easy winner, still.

Bought the BCW box based on your review. My group still plays Planechase and Archenemy with the Schemes, so I'm really looking forward to having a dedicated container for them, and the price is so reasonable.

Hello Professor, I just wanted to chip in on the BCW x4 Prime. It was made for the Transformers TCG, which came with regular and extra large cards. I've asked you in the past if you could review the deck box, so I'm happy to see you finally did. Decks in the Transformer TCG have 40 cards usually, so I guess they didn't need to allow for extra room for double sleeved cards. Even if you double sleeve your cards (not really needed for an unpopular game that's been around for just 5 sets), you could fit a 40 card deck in there. The Transformers TCG game is now considered dead, thanks to disapointing sales, a fandom that didn't pick up an awesome game when it was thrown in their laps and the current pandemic. That could mean supply of this deck box might dry up soon as well.
Its awesome to use a deck box like the 4 divider one or even a long cardboard box to store pauper decks. Its like having a cube or battle deck but better. A great thing to bring to a draft during down times or to treat like a standalone board game.
Speaking of the perfect deckbox, for me, it does exist. Thanks for introducing us to Aaron Cain a while ago!
I know this is a primarily MTG channel but, hear me out, the BCW deckbox is PERFECTION for Pokemon.
I am kinda tired manufacturers that make specifically Pokemon deckboxes that hold up to 100 cards in a single compartiment but... Pokemon doesn't have 100 card decks. Gimmie 120 at the very least so I can fit 2 decks! This is exactly what Ultra Pro is doing and is mind buggling to me.
And the majority of time people single sleeve their decks and some even advise against double sleeving because it makes the shuffling more difficult, especially in a tournament setting.
The only reason why I felt mentioning this is because 1. This is a product review video rather than specifically MTG (hence why I am here) and 2. You do mention Pokemon in almost all product review videos and do appreciate the mention.

I use to have a full sized Quiver which was great but it was too big. I got super excited when I found out they made a smaller half version which is the best thing ever. I am very happy with mine.

Love the ultra pro tower. May pick up another one in iridescent white or get the ultra pro dimir deck holder for my modern mill deck.
My perfect deck box is and always will be the boulder due to its structural integrity and sleek design. I have one of every color to match my different decks (Clear for Eldrazi, Blue for Jace, etc.) Plus them stacking well on top of and next to each other is just icing.
Since you revealed it, I have been moving many of my commander decks into the BCW Deck Vault. To heck with dice. It has a compartment large enough for tokens! That is such a big deal. And the main compartment holds a double sleeved deck.
I love this smaller quiver. I liked the big one but it couldn’t be a bit to big and was expensive. Also the BCW box is amazing. I wish it held the cards differently. Either vertically or on its side. The Stanley small compartment is nice but it has small bumps in the compartments.
Prof another thing I want is a boogie board that clips to a satin tower. Then I have EVERYTHING for a game in a compact package.

One of my major struggles has been trying to find a deck box to carry my precons, since I like to bring them to teach people commander, and my cousins like them, but the quiver bolt seems perfect! I'm probably going to pick up two, one of my personal decks and one for my precons!!

The thing that really makes me happy to see on that Quiver Bolt is that the pouch on the top lid now has a zipper on it! I actually wrote constructive criticism of the full size Quiver to the company that It needed exactly that. Maybe they'll revise the design on said product to incorporate that improvement too. Otherwise I wholeheartedly echo The Professor's endorsement of the Quiver cases; they're without a doubt the best card carrying solution I've ever used.

I rediscovered mtg with arena so I basically never play on paper except for prereleases. HOWEVER, these reviews are amazing and I love them
The BCW Prime was initially designed with the Transformers TCG in mind, they showed them to some of us at the Energon Invitational at PAXU last year. Which is why it has the token space, removable divider (for TF Character Cards), and the smaller slots (TF used 40 card decks, with 10 card sideboards).

I still have my Satin Tower, lost the dice tray a while ago but I don't play a counter heavy deck anyway so it works out, I even added my own designs to it
Prof. It would be also good to have a space for playmat for that extra space adding your suggestion to add space for commander single sleeves or better double sleevs.
These are really helpful videos. I think I have two unboxed commander decks and I need to get them in a home!!! I have a couple of towers, I think I'll just get a couple more. I did get one on ebay, while it was cool it was too small for commander. I have one box that when people open it they said... this must be a bad-ass deck. It's not, but deck boxes are sure part of the experience. My friend has an army surplus container of some kind which holds her commander decks, which does look very cool too.

I think those non-velco dividers in the Bolt are supposed to be for the ends, so it squares off the storage compartment and doesn't bend any corners
If the BCW Prime Gaming Box could hold 4 single sleeved commander decks I would definitely pick one up. I really hope they make one.
