I so wished i was older when he was at his best (this concert!!) and black (otherwise i couldn't get in to the concert, i think?) Haha. They lived in an era of good music. It wasn’t rare to them. Just like now days when people can’t believe that Africans traded gold for salt. When you have a lot of something, you don’t realize how special it is.

    Make no mistake. I like Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars' ode to this time period with "Uptown Funk" but nothing beats the original. This sound, this music, this group is who they are borrowing from and Roger was a musical genius. I remember watching this concert and taping it. R.I.P. Roger Troutman and Roger Troutman II.

    • @AE-hx7wy
      @AE-hx7wy 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      God i wished to have this concert in HD. Do you know where one can get it in better quality?! True about Mark Ronson it's just a worse interpretation. My theory about music has always been that you steal from something you love, but make it even better. Unfortunaly that's not the case with Mark Ronson and Bruno. :/
