I'll never get over the line "He's a habitual line stepper man!"😂😂😂
We still use that line All the time 🤣
Habitual linestepper is one of my fantasy players name for my league. Timeless line
Read that on que 😂
yup I implemented that into my game ahahah
Habitually.. he's a habitual line stepper 😂😂

You know it!
Totally agree!
"After it was all over, he fed us pancakes".. 😅 What's funny is that this actually happened and prince confirmed it. What a legend lol
So did Eddie he said Prince and his brother could ball like a MFer. Its hard for me to believe that Prince was a B-baller he just doesn't look athletic but apparently he was that dude on the court.
Him looking at the camera in shame and whispering pancakes again made that part even funnier 😂
Mickey Free confirmed this as well.

It’s also the title of a pretty kickass Periphery song.
Isn't that supposed to mean that Rick James made it a habit of getting out of hand?

The only thing more legendary than these skits is the fact that they're true stories.

I know yall saw the Vlad TV interview where Mickey free confirmed this story...
No embellishment from Charlie.
I went and bought the 1st and 2nd season all over again.
These are facts.
Prince did a interview with Arsenio Hall and Prince said it was true they came to his house played ball, and he did make them pancakes. Prince also said he could make omelets to.

The Prince and Rick James episodes are some of the funniest routines in television history. They show how very talented Murphy was... and how gracious Dave Chappelle was to share the stage with him. Together, they were very, very funny.
That was actually jessi Klein's idea. Dave didn't want it but Jessy convinced Dave to let it happen.

Charlie Murphy’s “habitual line stepper” as been said amongst my family thousands of times. This man never got the fame he deserved. RIP to one of the greats

I'm pretty sure they used that line in an episode of Black Lightning too lol
He is definitely one of the greatest!!!
Classic quote that will be uses for years to come
I got to see Charlie Murphy in one of the last performances that he did before he died. He looked terrible, but he was still ridiculously funny. I told my boyfriend at the time that I was concerned that he might be on drugs or something.
Turns out the "or something" was him being very sick-He died shortly after. I think that Charlie knew that his time was short and he wanted to do one last tour before he couldn't do it anymore.
The fact the Prince confirmed the story makes it 100% better 😂😂❤️
The whole world wanted to know was it true. That's what made it so great when he confirmed it.
Not just Prince, but Eddie Murphy and Micki Free confirmed it too.
James Ambrose Johnson Jr.

This is exactly why Bert kreisher isn't funny. His stories are obviously fake.
When you have Prince money especially in the 80s, are you really going to make your own pancakes?
