Abbateggio is a very small town, here you can find a bar, a very nice restaurant and some food stores. However only 5 minutes away by car we have San Valentino in Abruzzo Citeriore where to find all the necessary services!
Quick question, so the apartment is fully renovate and everything is looking good but, what if the neighbour's apartment will have a problem, like cracks on the wall and leaking water etc etc etc. What will happen if the water runs through your walls. What if neighbor doesn't have the money to fix it?
if it happened the neighbor would answer for it. If he didn't have money to fix it it would be a problem.You could turn to the law but there is no immediate effect
