Max Gonzalez hate his team (chelsea), but i gotta give the man credit where its due. He's a damn good manager, probably one of the best we will ever see. I think people will be able to look back at his career and use his name in the same breadth as Ferguson, Paisley, Busby, Michels, and Herrera.
That's right..a winner, when he's got a billionare behind him...the special one my arse...put him charge of WBA or Aston Villa at the moment...get them into the top 4 and then your getting there....get Hull into the top 6 on they're budget...he's no Tony Pulis....he's no Bill Shankly...and he is not by far......bob paisley...the best manager...or the most successful manager for what he won in 9 seasons...he is a product of the premier league..where money rules...the special one ...my arse
+Pete Davies lol he was already successful before he came to real madrid and chelsea. he won the ucl with fc porto which was nothing at that point of time & treble with inter milan. explain?
MiCRO•iCE Explain what?...My point is i'd like to see him get Leicester into the top 6, get Aston Villa into the champions league etc...I would like to see him work on a small budget..in the Premier League..Not the Portugese league, la liga etc...No doubting his man management...Not overly impressed with his attitude over the Diego Costa stamping issue...a blatant stamp on Emre Can...there are times to back your player and times when you should tell them..'Hey..You overstepped the mark matey' My Favorite manager of all time is the unsung hero Bob Paisley who achieved more in 9 seasons than any manager in English football history...they were the days when the European Cup (Champions League) was basically a knockout competition....Check out what he did during his reign at Liverpool and tell me he wasn't a 'Special one'
Cipriano Mikue more like his disbelief of mistakes happening...I don’t know whether to think it pretentious but arrogant or confident but deluded. Interesting answer and a great man either way.
@@Liqliq888 It's actually MORE arrogant to believe, if something didn't go your way you made a mistake. It's the assumption you can always be better than the opponent, which is obviously not the case.

Wow wow what a wonderful interview... not familiar with this lady because i live in the state but she is absolutely amazing... as a Spurs fan i find myself watching JM interviews these days and i just love this man!
As an ESL teacher, I must admit that his grasp at the English language is very, very good. He must have been a great, grateful student. I know he´s spent some time in England but so has Tevéz. Coming from a MUTD fan.
+Dušan Koloděj I'm Portuguese and I'm an ESL Teacher, and whereas I wont always get as well paid as a native English speaker, I'm a better English teacher than a lot of them. I'm also a UCL post grad, but I was fluent in English long before I stepped out of Portugal for the first time. The point being that educated Portuguese people, which is Mourinho's case, overall have a fairly good command of English. You can't use, say Cristiano Ronaldo, as a measuring stick, because Ronaldo is a part of the uneducated minority. Mourinho already had a good enough English long before arriving in England. He used to be Bobby Robson's translator in FCPorto, before becoming a manager. So if you ask me, yes he does have a really good English, but these many years into it, he's English should actually be even better than this. But then again it's football we're talking about, and I suppose that according to football standards he may just sound no short of shakespearean.
Great video, great quality! Also, Mourinho is right... I am an American and I admit, the Barclays Premier League is the best football league in the world. Week in, week out... The quality of play/players, the level of competition, awesome! Also, Man City is now tied with Chelsea for the top spot.
When you achieve greatness I think the emblems of your success must start to mean less to you, whilst success stares back at you through the eyes of every opponent, every comrade or onlooker. Sporting legends in particular, becoming characters in the folklore of sport, live forever.
Jose - born with a footballer & teacher as parents. I believe Jose when growing up, has a brain that's been sculptured from both sides of his parents, which combines the attributes that created his own very successful mentality as a manager. A very good & thorough tactician due to his dads experience, but also seems very psychologically sound in what/how people are thinking, man-managing, discipline & how to treat people, from his mothers side. 99% of the players when asked what they think of Jose is always very positive - his tactics, his training regime, his personality, his love for the game & his team... The best thing that has happened since Sir Alex Ferguson. Both masterminds 👊🏼🏆🏆🏆

Freddy Xinan I agree for a bit, but its also the playing style. la liga is so tactical, u wouldn't watch a game between levante and bilbao for example. The premier league is fast, about quick game play, quick intensity and the crowd plays such a big role in that. I would definitely watch any game. Not just about the big teams. All these derbies. The newcastle, liverpool, london, manchester, birmingham derbies are all amazing. The tough matches, even with stoke and west ham are good to watch.
I hope that he once coaches a side like Belgium or Brazil. He is a pragmatist at heart but looks to win by any means possible. It is this attribute of his that can help push both of these star-studded sides over the line.
I am reading a book about Mourinho. The Special One its name.It was written by Diego Torres. I definitely recommend to everyone who's interesting about his lifestyle.
‘‘Going to matches knowing that you are going to win for sure is not the best league’’. I’d like to remind Mr. Mourinho that in his first season in Spain he was beaten by bottom-of-the-table team called Sporting Gijón at home and this match ended his 8-year spell of being undefeated at home. And as if Chelsea aren’t sure of winning when they’re facing a teams like Burnley, QPR and Leicester City!
Why do journalists always ask questions like "how do these internationals settle in, in chelsea and in london etc". These people get paid millions!!!! You should be able to adapt when u earn millions. And London is international city anyway, there is so many foreigners people there of a lot of different nationalities, and then people who get paid much less. With all that money, it shouldnt be a problem.
make 250 quid a week or 300,000 quid a week, the weather is still shit. thats a huge change for most of them coming over, then you have the bullshit british media always trying to get in on the latest gossip and last but not least, being away from their family. there is no amount of money that could satisfy your every need as a footballer in the premier league, some things money can't buy.

HELL YEAH IT HELPS. Money itself may not buy happiness but come on? They don't adapt well with luxury houses, cars, nightlife (more for players)? Let them feel the pain that some emigrants feel when they leave their countries looking for the unknown with nothing guaranteed not even they paycheck! Lets compare these two cases. Everything in life doesn't come easier with money but A LOT OF THEM COME, like health care, tools, luxury, entertainment. Bringing the daily Mourinho news to the Irish guy. Mourinho came very close to be England manager in 2007. He had just left Chelsea and England was in total disarray after failing to qualify for the euros 2008. The country was so desperate for mourinho to take over that Sky sports went to knock on Jose's house to basically beg him to take the job and ask him if he would consider it. It was later reveled that he did get the job but turn it down at the last minute as his wife advise him to save a national job for his last Job and that he was way too young to do it then. He ended up going to inter.
This man took over Porto when they were 5th in the Portuguese League.

Correct but he also had a great generation of portuguese players at Porto.
