I actually found this to be one of Sir Alex's most insightful interviews and thought that the interviewer(s) displayed a sound knowledge of both football and Ferguson's career. You can usually gauge the quality of an interview by the reactions and answers of the interviewee, and in this instance Sir Alex seemed to be enjoying himself. Tyler Antonio No disrespect to the man but Shankly won 4 League Titles (1 was Second Division), 2 FA Cups, 3 Charity Shields (Community Shield, as it's known now) & 1 UEFA Cup in 15 years at Liverpool (1959-74). It's amazing what Bill did at Liverpool, that is for sure, (He got them from the 2nd division to the top of the English game and European finals) but there is no comparison between him and Ferguson. I mean, Brian Clough actually won the European Cup, Twice and he only went 3 years longer at Nottingham Forest (1975-93) than what Bill did at Liverpool.

I felt the interviewers asked some really insightful and interesting questions and showed a very good knowledge of football. I felt the interviewers asked some really insightful and interesting questions and showed a very good knowledge of football. They were totally friendly and treated him like an equal, which we all are. Sir Alex looked as if he was enjoying himself and I can't see any reasons for criticizing these interviewers. Lay off, folks.

Being a liverpool fan I have respect for Alex Ferguson, he made man u into a great team, he showed the players who is boss, he wouldn't let player power rule. Did great things with youth players. And in this interview he showed good restraint not to go mad at the interviewer for keep mentioning liverpool. But one thing Alex did wrong was reccomend david Moyes
