I can't decide between this Sailor Music nib and the F-C Medium Stub you reviewed in another video. Can you share the difference between the two nibs with regards to vertical line thickness and smoothness?

Thanks for the review. I have been thinking of buying a Sailor pen with music nib but unable to decide between sailor and the platinum 3776 with music nib. Have you used the platinum pen? If you have, I would like to hear your opinion please. Thanks
@Fotograf110…I’m fortunate to have both. And it’s a very tough choice between the two. But I will say that, all things considered, the Platinum 3776 Music nib is slightly better. A bit wetter and a little more line variation, if you prefer that.

I just got the 1911 with music nib and it skips. Did you have the same issue when you got yours?

That’s not a stub nib
Doesn't a real music nib have 3 tines
Platinum music nibs have three tines while sailor have two. The whole idea is of stub nature for writing music notes.
