so sorry about that buh I’ve never replaced Samsung galaxy note 2 PMIC before , normally , those small small components that surrounds the PMIC causes that , it’s brown in color and you need to check and see which one is faulty in order to remove it , by so doing you can revive your faulty phone back to it’s normality
