Spies are quite OP. If you stack 3 or more spies in a settlement, you'll be able to convert the culture from 0-20% in a single turn. This'll help massively with public order. The conversion slows slightly over time.
Khand geerals running like crazy is the main reason I avoid field battles and try to just fight them in cities. Especailly because generals often leeroy jenkins into the city when the gate falls.
You want the secret to fighting Khand? Light Cav. Light Cav is key to beating them in the field. Light Cav can chase them down and tie them up in melee while Spears/Pikes flank to crush them. Not being able to use your Gondor Cav militia makes this tougher but it's still doable with your Squires and PG Cav.
But here's the thing his house rules of not using militia. All forms of militias especially Gondor cav militia. So I really doubt augimuld would ever change his rule to his favour. Unless of course he can recruit Rohan unit as mercs

Up to 4 units can get free upkeep in forts for DAC.
