10:00-15:00 TL;DR one mangle per customer + queue tree is a O(n^2) problem to the CPU.

Most of good presentation but having a little problem on the view focus, it is not clear on the side viewpoint of viewers and i suggest giving a layer of presentation on side right of your video.

Solution:
Not make garantees of speed.
Redirect speedtest.

Just make your own speedtest server and replace "kbps" with "Mbps"!
Until recently, a local carrier near us used to quote their plans in kbps.
