great video some constructive criticism Add chapters to your videos for easier navigation for viewers. Add a map of each location at introduction to each area and maybe discuss proximity to airport or downtown as a reference point ( helpful to people unfamiliar to Phoenix) at end of each area a Price breakdown shown on screen that could be easily paused . I know it's a lot of work, I have edited a ton of video but this will differentiate you from the masses. In your description you could also add the cost info for referencing. I have followed your channel good work
Thanks John! Appreciate this! I’ll be shooting another Vlog style video of many of these neighbourhoods this weekend and will take this into consideration for the next one.
@@Living-In-Phoenix-Scottsdale great. I am currently looking at potentially moving to Phoenix from Ca and will be looking for private golf course communities with a country club. Similar to coto de Caza where I currently live A little frustrated with not knowing if membership is available or not, as this will be a determining factor on where we live . Budget up to 2.1 mill for the house and a buy into a club no more than 80k with no more than 1500 month dues Early 50s looking for a fun outdoors vibe at the club
It can be super frustrating around the golf memberships. For the most part - we need to find a home where the seller is a member and it’s transferrable. Let’s talk soon about this. If you wanted to meet in person I’ll be in Encinitas next week for 4/5 days. Grab a time for me to call you here: calendly.com/david-vanassche-calendar/quick-call-with-david
@@Living-In-Phoenix-Scottsdale I’m not there yet. I have a relocation program that my company has strict rules to follow as far as agents . So once that happens I will reach out

Be sure to reach out far in advance - I may have some paperwork needed to register with them.
These golf courses are bad for the environment. There's no water left and they make it worse.
