“The one con” …😂… I’m not in the market, but I saw one of your other videos on Shea homes in Storyrock. I had some free time after an appointment at Mayo Clinic (Phoenix Campus), so I decided to drive up to Storyrock. My map said 30 min drive. I think I turned back about half way up Happy Valley because it seemed like I had been driving more than one hour. There was also road construction 🚧 so that didn’t help. How far it seems to get to Troon and other areas up there would be my only con. However, I routinely drive 45 min to one hour to events using the highway and it doesn’t bother me at all.

Great video, very informative. Why did you leave this area? What are the cons?
I love the area my kids grew up and moved away so I didn’t need such a big house. The cons would be the distance to some things but it’s not horrible
