Hello, the button I pressed down was like a wheel button. If you hold it down for a few seconds, the monitor will turn on. Thanks and take care!
Avoid this company like the plague. Company sent out multuple faulty units of Q2 and then does not reply to the support email you get told to contact. That's if you received the item as many people have not and have also been ghosted by them. Awful awful company.
glad I bought insurance then, I always buy the Asurion insurance in case of this type of stuff, I hope mine don't break
