You did a phenomenal job explaining how to set this up!!! I spent almost two hours last week trying to figure it out on my own and I should have e just come to the video!!! I was missing the part about adding power to the 2nd extended screen!!! Game changer!!! Your delivery was excellent!!! I hit subscribe!!!!
My word you are a life saver! Also, to the point. I love that. There is nothing worse than some of these content creators who don't get down to business. I so appreciate. Thank you.
This was so incredibly helpful for setting up my triple screen product. You are so good at explaining the "why" behind the cables and their differences. Thank you!!
Thank you for making this video tutorial. I was getting so frustrated with the supplied instructions and setup and was about to return the product. I'm so grateful because I really need the additional monitors.
This is one of the most helpful videos ever! You were the first video that came up when i searched for a reason the right side of my new screen set wasn't working. You just happened to have MY screen set and MY laptop and of course, the problem was a need for the second cable to feed power to the right side. I was seriously about to just return this thing as being garbage but it was such a simple fix (Naturally mentioned no where in the instructions). Thanks dude!
Thank you so much for your advice about powering the 2nd screen. I was told to purchase a h5-t hub and that didn't work. Thanks to you and this video, all I needed was a power adapter for the 2nd screen. I don't have to return my dual monitor now. Thanks again.
This was helpful and easy to understand. My husband and I have two different laptops. My only suggestion would be for you to explain and provide instructions for multiple types of laptop ports (ex. surface or apple)
Thank you for walking me through this set up process. You totally explained why the HDMI wasn't powering up when I plugged it in. Easy- Peasy my friend. I appreciate it and keep up the great work. 3/24/2024

Thank you so, so much for your help. We couldn’t get the 3rd monitor to work, regardless of what we tried. I was getting super frustrated and was just about ready to just return it and then my husband suggested searching it on TH-cam and fortunately we found this video. I kept not seeing the USB-C dedicated to the HDMI cable set and was going MAD trying every iteration... but the correct one... which you very clearly and easily provided in a no nonsense, worked first watch through vid. ** An aside for those buying - I don't trust the holding tabs on ea side... had my laptop slip out more than once so I just have the side screens on their own, which lets me put a cooling pad under my laptop anyway so meh... works fine if you have the foot print on the table.
thank you for the v helpful explanation. I have a Huawei D15 Matebook which only has 1 USBC port used for charging + 1 HDMI + 3 USB slots. your video helped me realise the charging problem, which i then solved by buying a USB to HDMI with Display link from amazon for 50 gbp (ouch!) and now i have both screens working. 1 from the native HDMI port + USB to power the screen and the 2nd from the converted USB to HDMI + another USB to power the screen. it leaves my USB C free to use as a charger and an unused USB port on my laptop...
My usb-c isn't working, but the HDMI does. Is the usb-c absolutely necessary since I have other ports like usb-a? *Disregard, customer service was great and I got a simple adapter to use the screens with my laptop. They recommended a USB-A to HDMI with Displaylink. Since I use an HP, I could just grab a USB-A/HDMI adapter and plug-and-go.
Excellent Video! Thank you so much. If the USB-C port on my laptop is not fully functional, am I able to get the 2nd monitor working with HDMI and USB-A like I did on the 1st monitor?
If my Dell laptop doesn't have a USB-C port, can I get these screens to work? I can use the HDMI and USB to power one but how could I connect the other one?

I'm glad everyone has been able to resolve the issue. Not me though, unfortunately. I'm still confused. I don't have a USB-C on my computer and I only have one HDMI port. Is there someone on here with a similar computer who has been able to resolve the issue with all the cables provided? or did you have to get an extra attachment? I've even tried to power the 3rd monitor with external power source, but that didn't work either. Please help, thank you, because I'm ready to return this thing.
I have followed all your directions several times and only one screen lights up. The only screen I can get to light up is on the right (hdmi) can you help me please?
Any idea why I'm getting a "no signal" warning?😔 Monitors turn on, but won't display anything and then go blank after that warning. I've used the external power, too with on results. The computer won't recognize second monitor upon command on settings. Help please. I suspect it has to do with the type of cables I'm using (I didn't get the originals)
Great information. Very easy to follow! Unfortunately, my USB C is not full featured. I tried to buy the product they recommended (USBA to HDMI and HDMI to USB C cable) but it is out of stock. Do you have one that you recommend? I afraid of purchasing the wrong one.
I'm just an HDMI cable away from connecting my second screen, where could I get a second HDMI cable exactly the same as the one that comes in the package?. My box only came with one.
I’m having a similar issue. If i plug the lighting adapter to each monitor, it powers them on. Then whichever monitor i plug the hdmi to lightning adapter into turns on, gets signal and is detected. How do i get both extension monitors to detect and not just 1?
I only have one usb-c and one regular usb on my laptop. I connected one usb-c/usb-c cord to my left monitor and it’s on but I’ve tried everything with my right monitor and it’s not coming on. Because I need two usb-c ports can I just buy an adapter with two usb-c ports?
No doubt this is the best video. However, I have not been able to connect both screens and I hoping someone can help me. I have a USB-C to USB-C in my laptop and we I connect it does not connect. I goes black seconds after connecting. I'm able to connect one screen with the HDMI and the USB-A, but not just with the USB-C to USB-C. Any suggestions? thanks in advance
If you're experiencing one of the monitors saying no signal, here is what to do. Go into display settings and you should see three monitors with one smaller than the other two. That means your computer is detecting it, but there is no signal going to it. Go down to multiple displays and click Extend desktop to this display and it should fix the problem.
I’m experience no signal in only one of the extenders. I tried both extenders only with the usb-c and they would both say no signal. Then I texted both with usb a and hdm1 and they both worked individually, but my laptop don’t have a second hdm1 so the other extender just won’t work with only the c! My laptop usb-c port has the lighting symbol just like yours so I don’t get it
How do you have the screens connected? A full featured USB-C connection will power one screen with just one cable. If you are using HDMI, you must use an additional USB cable to power the HDMI monitor.
so the left monitor powers on and says no signal. I have on the left side of my laptop usb c, hdmi and usb. I followed your instructions and only the right side turn on. any tips?
The main problem that comes up is that the HDMI cable needs to be plugged into the correct spot on the monitor. The text is really hard to see on the black back of the monitor but I "think" it's the bottom one. If you don't have it in the right port, then it doesn't know to look for the signal. You have power, just no signal. Is the USBC side working?
@@steventorres3142 With your computer not having a full featured USB - you cannot use the triple screen monitor. I don't know of any work arounds other than splitting the HDMI but then it would be the same picture on both screens

Thank you for helping me actually get them to work, the instructions that came with it are not helpful. My only question now is how do I get my mouse to work since all my ports are taken by this one product? This design is not very functional.

But if I duplicate that on the right screen, it states no cable. Both monitors are set up exactly alike but only one displays. Any advice?

@jayemoseley8790 Hey Jay so I did one with C port and the other with the USB port which requires power, so you need to have 2 cables in that monitor. 1 for power and one for USB...make sure you plug the power one first and that what worked for me finally. I hope this helps you. Let me know.
I had the same thing happen. First make sure to connect your power (USB a) and you should see the light on the back where you plug it in. Then connect the hdmi making sure to plug the hdmi to the bottom port on the back.
@techfulgoodies tried setting mine up to my PC, it can only detect 1 screen - 2 screen says no signal detected... do you know what I could be doing wrong?
Hard for me to say - have you tried just using the HDMI on one of the screens without the USB-C plugged into the other? Also, there are multiple ports on the back of the screen (I think) and have you tried the HDMI cable in all of them one by one to make sure you are plugged into the right place?
Has anyone tried to use this monitor with a dock? I only have one USB-C port, no HDMI. At my desk I use a dock to connect multiple screens. I tried it with this one and the second one won’t stay powered on. Even after connecting the USB-A port.
This isnt working for me. The HDMI powered screen turns on and is recognized by the laptop, but the screen connected via USB C cable isnt working. Screen will power on and says no signal. Port is a SS USB C, so it should support video
Can you help troubleshoot, They worked on my surface pro before now I connect from screen to the docking station and the screen reads no signal and entering power saving mode

@jayemoseley8790 Hey Jay so I did one with C port and the other with the USB port which requires power, so you need to have 2 cables in that monitor. 1 for power and one for USB...make sure you plug the power one first and that what worked for me finally. I hope this helps you. Let me know.
It is not detecting my HDMI. How do I power my laptop without using my Type C
@@techfulgoodies yes i have tried every port. it simply wont recognize the other monitor. lots of people having this problem
@@techfulgoodies im so frustrated. anything you can do to help would be appreciated,

Getting no signal when trying to connect tried all cables
Can you help troubleshoot, They worked on my surface pro before now I connect from screen to the docking station and the screen reads no signal and entering power saving mode
How are the monitors hooked up?
@@techfulgoodies yes plugged into the top and then into my docking station.
