This is one of the most helpful videos ever! You were the first video that came up when i searched for a reason the right side of my new screen set wasn't working. You just happened to have MY screen set and MY laptop and of course, the problem was a need for the second cable to feed power to the right side. I was seriously about to just return this thing as being garbage but it was such a simple fix (Naturally mentioned no where in the instructions). Thanks dude!
Thank you for making this video tutorial. I was getting so frustrated with the supplied instructions and setup and was about to return the product. I'm so grateful because I really need the additional monitors.
This was so incredibly helpful for setting up my triple screen product. You are so good at explaining the "why" behind the cables and their differences. Thank you!!
My word you are a life saver! Also, to the point. I love that. There is nothing worse than some of these content creators who don't get down to business. I so appreciate. Thank you.
This was helpful and easy to understand. My husband and I have two different laptops. My only suggestion would be for you to explain and provide instructions for multiple types of laptop ports (ex. surface or apple)
Thank you for walking me through this set up process. You totally explained why the HDMI wasn't powering up when I plugged it in. Easy- Peasy my friend. I appreciate it and keep up the great work. 3/24/2024
I liked very much this video. Not only describes the product also give you other alternatives how to take advantage of the product and explain the differences between power and communication cables.....
thank you for the v helpful explanation. I have a Huawei D15 Matebook which only has 1 USBC port used for charging + 1 HDMI + 3 USB slots. your video helped me realise the charging problem, which i then solved by buying a USB to HDMI with Display link from amazon for 50 gbp (ouch!) and now i have both screens working. 1 from the native HDMI port + USB to power the screen and the 2nd from the converted USB to HDMI + another USB to power the screen. it leaves my USB C free to use as a charger and an unused USB port on my laptop...
Fantastic tutorial. I kept not seeing the USB-C dedicated to the HDMI cable set and was going MAD trying every iteration... but the correct one... which you very clearly and easily provided in a no nonsense, worked first watch through vid. ** An aside for those buying - I don't trust the holding tabs on ea side... had my laptop slip out more than once so I just have the side screens on their own, which lets me put a cooling pad under my laptop anyway so meh... works fine if you have the foot print on the table.
Great video! I've been considering getting something like this. I really liked your explanation of the setup process. I found you because of one of your Temu haul videos. Those are always enjoyable!
If you're experiencing one of the monitors saying no signal, here is what to do. Go into display settings and you should see three monitors with one smaller than the other two. That means your computer is detecting it, but there is no signal going to it. Go down to multiple displays and click Extend desktop to this display and it should fix the problem.
I’m experience no signal in only one of the extenders. I tried both extenders only with the usb-c and they would both say no signal. Then I texted both with usb a and hdm1 and they both worked individually, but my laptop don’t have a second hdm1 so the other extender just won’t work with only the c! My laptop usb-c port has the lighting symbol just like yours so I don’t get it
How do you have the screens connected? A full featured USB-C connection will power one screen with just one cable. If you are using HDMI, you must use an additional USB cable to power the HDMI monitor.
Hi, i purchased the same monitors and i did not know that i need a full featured usb c port. Is it possible to get it working differently? With dockingstation or something?
My usb-c isn't working, but the HDMI does. Is the usb-c absolutely necessary since I have other ports like usb-a? *Disregard, customer service was great and I got a simple adapter to use the screens with my laptop. They recommended a USB-A to HDMI with Displaylink. Since I use an HP, I could just grab a USB-A/HDMI adapter and plug-and-go.
Great information. Very easy to follow! Unfortunately, my USB C is not full featured. I tried to buy the product they recommended (USBA to HDMI and HDMI to USB C cable) but it is out of stock. Do you have one that you recommend? I afraid of purchasing the wrong one.
Any suggestions on getting mouse cursor to move seamlessly between 3 screens? I always have difficulty getting mouse’s cursor onto the original laptop screen.. the cursor moves from screen 2 and 3 perfectly but when I need to click info on laptop screen I have to Jimmy the mouse around until it lands on the laptop screen each time I use screen 1
I don't know if you are using Mac or Windows but it sounds like you need to go into your display properties or display options and drag your screen location around to make sure that the screens are in the right location. www.howtogeek.com/666239/how-to-rearrange-multiple-monitors-on-windows-10/
My laptop doesn’t have C ports. I used HDMI to C and have one monitor working but the other monitor doesn’t work using the USB to C cable. I get “no cable” message.
Unfortunately, my type C to my HP computer does not power the monitor. So if I set up the left monitor with the type C to HDMI and the type C to USB, I can view it as a second screen. But if I duplicate that on the right screen, it states no cable. Both monitors are set up exactly alike but only one displays. Any advice?
This was a really good video. However, I have a brand new Macbook Air 16 GB with Mac OS 15.1, and no matter what I do, I cannot get both screens on at the same time. If the right screen is on, the left screen says no signal. If I change all the cables and the left screen is on then the right screen says no signal. I am so frustrated. Can you please help me?
@techfulgoodies tried setting mine up to my PC, it can only detect 1 screen - 2 screen says no signal detected... do you know what I could be doing wrong?
Hard for me to say - have you tried just using the HDMI on one of the screens without the USB-C plugged into the other? Also, there are multiple ports on the back of the screen (I think) and have you tried the HDMI cable in all of them one by one to make sure you are plugged into the right place?
@jayemoseley8790 Hey Jay so I did one with C port and the other with the USB port which requires power, so you need to have 2 cables in that monitor. 1 for power and one for USB...make sure you plug the power one first and that what worked for me finally. I hope this helps you. Let me know.

Thank you for the video, quick question: if your c port on your laptop is not thunderbolt how then do you get your third screen working?
You are out of luck unless you have more than one video out port on your laptop.
The first one works with the USB-C but the second monitor will power up with MDMI and USB powering but it still says "no signal "! what do i do?
Currently going through this 😅
