    Nice little vid. Thanks for sharing. And yes it’s terrible when people come in and rip the area apart, leave it in a mess and their rubbish behind. We’ll lose access if folks don’t do the right thing.

    Oh wow! That view in the first clip… absolutely stunning!!! Can’t wait to visit this state forest and look for gold 😃 it’s my goal to go to all the state forests. Thank you so much for this informative video, you’re chill, great to listen to and your videos are awesome :)

      Thanks for the feedback! It was an epic looking sunrise over the forest. I'm slowly fanning out to other areas but will return to Sunny Corner to focus on more crevices in the next video.

    Cheers for the vid. I've been out to Sunny Corner twice, found a little bit each time. Found what looks like a devils dice last trip. Lots of wildlife out there, though the pine forests are kinda spooky :)

      Sounds awesome. Yes, I was dodging roos most of the way in.

    Looking at trekking around this area on my next weekday off, weather permitting, thanks for sharing, it will be my very first trek out prospecting.

      Very convenient location. Watch out for roos if driving out early in the morning.

      Where do you go now? A great place to learn though as there's still gold.

      Not advisable. There is quite a lot of different types of traffic going through.

    Get yourself a real shovel

    • @InSearchOf...Australia
      @InSearchOf...Australia  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Not sure what you mean. For which situation? The crevices? Spaces with little leverage? A shovel to turn sand and concrete mix? An all metal shovel? A spade that pierces the earth with its point? Happy to be enlightened.

      @@InSearchOf...Australia Well, I meant the same sheet metal shovel, hardly any material fits on it ;>

      Ahh…I see. I have that but the large river rocks buried amongst the wash are difficult to lever out with a flat edged shovel. But, yes, a shovel with a large surface area on the blade could increase the volume moved.

      @@InSearchOf...Australia Ok, it's good that I asked because I want to emigrate to Bolivia and there is mainly similar rock there. I tend towards a U-shaped shovel
