      It took me 3 weeks roughly, to go from flare up to remission, and when i say remission i mean 0 symptoms, The worst part of it was the amount of gas i had in the first week, but other than that i saw improvements daily. The only issue is that its so bland and boring, but it's what worked for me, it might not work for other's just sharing.

    What I think most people have a problem with, besides the intro music, is understanding why beans are a type of magical fruit, or legume. Interestingly enough, most scientific articles have provided a plethora of data suggesting that the more legumes you eat, the more you toot, or flatuleate if you prefer. However, the more flatulate you allow your body to succumb to, the more relieved you'll eventually feel as a whole. Let us stand united, change the culture of how beans are perceived, and let us not just eat beans on a weekly basis, let us eat beans for every meal!

    I’m not sure why they went off track discussing gastrointestinal issues with beans, that was a little weird? Your stomach adjusts pretty quickly. No one needs supplements, enzymes or anything to eat beans. Soak dry beans overnight & then cook them in a pot with salt for 2 hours on medium, stir every 30 minutes. Easy. When I began eating high bean and cruciferous meals every day yes my stomach was full of air and there was discomfort. Your microbiome may need time for the bacterial upgrades necessary to digest this type of fiber in higher quantities. Depending on what your diet is, the bacterial content of your digestive system is different. This is easily proven with a GI-mapping test for around $200 in the US. But, the test doesn’t really matter. The human body adapts to what you’re eating, start with half a cup of beans and 1 cup of broccoli or cabbage a day then work up from there. Beans are amazing and again, YES, it is the only food that all the “Blue Zone” diets include.

      In case you still wonder... according to research, canned beans are even lower in anti-nutrients than dry ones. But depending on processing, it might need to be rinsed so the preservatives are removed (organic ones tend to be fine without rinsing). But canned ones might make you fart more (or so people say).

If anybody wants to eat beans and get used to in one week, better no to try a speak out shit about good healthy and healing food. Remember everything takes time. From cooking to get used to.

    SO ARE BEANS BAD or NOT?
    Turn to glucose. Glucose feeds cancer cells? True/false?

    • @Merkasaur
      @Merkasaur 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Very slow release of glucose because of the high fiber. Also beans have anticancer effects so that outweighs issues with glucose, which doesn't cause cancer but allows it to grow. If you were on a fasting mimic diet to fight off cancer, beans might be on the list of foods to restrict but it would be far down the list.
