Bad energy is a killer. Had to tell hubby to not call me with any problems when I am making dials. In my B2B space, too much energy gets you hungup on. I try to match my tone and energy level to the DM.

Loved everything you said..I disagree with you on those scripts. Prospects have heard them a thousand times....you become like a commodity when sound like every other insurance agent. You gotta understand the key parts of the script and why it's needed...then make it sound natural.

I have talked to a couple of people who got degrees in finance and insurance. You don’t need a degree but having some business sense along with high activity, and knowledge of the industry are very helpful.
