Concussive Leap is REALLY underestimated for how good it really is with it's utility. It's better than levitate for height and almost as good for distance. You can Jump > Concussive Leap > Skull Splitter (weapons must be out) to reach places insanely high or far. The real place where this combo shines is against Griffins and Dragons,. If they're hovering above the ground, this combo will allow you to reach them, even hitting the dragon's heart when it breathes fire from above. All other augment slots are personal preference. Probably Endurance, Exaltation, and Lethality being my next favorites. No need for defensive augments or climbing augments. - Skull splitter does way more damage than climbing/stabbing and the combo I listed above helps you do it on every mob type, even flying mobs. - Defensive augments are not needed since Smoke Shroud and Formless Feint will make you take no damage. - Smoke Shroud lets you kill regular mobs really fast with auto-crits. It also prevents airborne mobs from flying backwards and away from you. Especially good if you have no archer pawn. - Bring along a Mage Pawn with the Maister skill for infinite Stamina. (Allows for Insane DPS and Infinite Survivability while the skill is active on you.) Game = Solved. Thief OP Edit: I'm not a fan of Blades of the Pyre. The enchant time is extremely short compared to the mage boons, the extra damage it provides is marginal, and the BiS as well as pre-BiS daggers late-game have perma-enchants anyway which negates the skill.
@@ThinkingCap_ Thank you for the kind words. The name of the mage Maister skill is Celestial Paean. It's probably the best pawn ability in the entire game. 2nd would probably be Augural Flare from Sorcerer.
@@ThinkingCap_ That's likely referring to the Magick Archer Maister ability, but pawns cannot be Magick Archers. Augural Flare puts a sticky grenade on the target. When the grenade explodes, it multiplies the explosions by how much you hit the grenade pre-explosion. Really good combo with Skull Splitter or Magick Archer targeted attacking.
