The problem is an evening having 2-3 clean drinks (good bourbon, quality vodka + tonic, quality whiskey or beer) VS. jamming sugary mixed drinks , shooters or just 12-13 drinks down your throat at night..LOTS of alcohol dehydrates you and kills brain cells, but a couple beers isn't so bad.

When I was working out really heavily dietitians would recommend all these different supplements, but during the recovery stage I would still feel the burn and agony even when I was due to lift and one time out of chance during my diet I just said instead of having a cheat meal I'll have a few beers, well all the pain and the burning in my muscles went away, So he is right beer does help with the recovery stage of working out, but you might develop a little kangaroo poach lol

I smoked weed my whole life but just discovered edibles this weekend and I have a new love it's a slightly different feeling than smoking bowls and joints I like it better I started out with a 50mg bar the next 100 mg and the next day I wake up feeling great and refreshed smoking doesn't do that I also think edible pot is great for inflammation

The English invented these measurements :) anyway a quarter means a quarter of a gallon, a gallon is roughly 4L, so a quart is about a liter.
