Why would you need to tighten the nozzle that hard? There's no heat-break to push it against, so I would expect a simple hand-tightening should be sufficient. I would have preferred an arrangement where the heater is mounted to the cold-end with some extra bolts to ensure rigidity and not rely on the tiny heatbreak to keep everything in line.
Got one and it's great same as the video, still in the process of installing it

Prevent the thread from loosening after the heating cycle, which will affect the heat conduction
