My litter box keep upside down. It only work when I unplug and plug back, so during the test, it gets clean. If next day I press to clean again, it happens again. $400 in the garbage 😢
Mine is stuck on red, keeps saying power on self test on the app. Tried everything, not even factory reset works, I think maybe it's broken.
