@@jes_ica hello I fixed the litter bag, as it might be touching the sensor. The bag should not be blocking the sensor. Make sure the bag is stretched out before you put the cover with perfume.

If there is no damage, it may be that the cat litter is slow to clump together. The machine has started to run when it is not completely clumped up. You can consider changing to a cat litter that clumps faster.

@@TeleeFONE sorry for repy later, inside is smaller than the first gen. 1st gen suit for cat weighting 1-10kgs, while 2nd gen suit for cat weighting1-8kgs

@@petree_official3738 that's such a waste, why make it smaller? The first gen fits my friend Siberian cats and they are huge, I'm thinking of getting the 2nd gen coz I like the looks, but probably too small to fit my siberian cats.
