    sensitivity level should I have ? Do I even need to change anything? I have not even tried my detector yet and hade zero experience

    Excellent job explaining this, you should have them hire you to do these. I think you talked me out of a purchase for my second machine. So complicated, I like simple buttons. It was the waterproof design , and 4 frequencies I wanted in a modest priced detector. The lack of simplicity would be more irritation than I want. Great presentation however.

    • @treasure_hunters
      @treasure_hunters  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Thanks for the compliment!
      Although I was doing a run down on all the features of the machine, you don't have to use the extra features. The machine can be used by simply choosing your mode, playing with your sensitivity and you good to go. The more advanced features are a nice to have for if and when you need them, but you can keep it simple too.
      Thanks for watching.

      Its as simple or complicated as you make it. You can turn it on, noise cancel and hunt. I picked up one today myself and thats exactly what I did. My son picked up a Go Find 22 and I was blown away at how well it hunts. If you want simple, thats your unit.

      @@__SaltyI have the X-Terra Pro and I Did have the Simplex + and with the X-Terra Pro I'm sure loving it, compared to what the Simplex was telling me about the Iron Target's that there's a great target there but instead it's a JUNK Steel Iron Quarter Tone Targets and the X-Terra Pro, I have eliminated from digging up ALOT of the target that was iron and I have also took off 2 Carry Bags from my Belt from when I was using the Notka Macro Product's that was telling me about every target is a totally great target under my Coil and if I Dig it up and I have to go ahead and Carry it out and not just leave it for someone else to get rid of and the Simplex/Notka Macro EMI Problem's that you will have and the X-Terra Pro is my first detector that is a Minelab Detector and I have had Garrett and Radio Shack Detector's and Teknetics Detectors and Notka Macro Detector's And Numerous Others threshold style and the X-Terra Pro is the best decision and Detector that I have ever owned and I Strictly Coin Shoot and I have also lowered my sensitivity down to 12 and still getting Targets that are in the 6-8; inches range and the reason why I went to the lower sensitivity is I wanted to get to know what the X-Terra Pro is capable of doing and I didn't need to get everything out on the first time that I was using the X-Terra Pro and I have raised the sensitivity up and I'm at 18 Sensitivity Now and I can really Cherry Pick out the Coin's and the Simplex + would tell me that bottle cap was a good target Tone and the X-Terra Pro can walk on by it and also telling me it's junk and the All Metal Mode on it is a Single Button Push and on the Notka Macro Product's Simplex it's a 5 button push and it's a Single Threshold Tone without any kind of discrimination and the X-Terra Pro, I have the ability to hear the difference between Targets on the All Metal Mode and everything that I have ever owned doesn't have that and I would still have to go ahead and Dig it up but it's not that way with the X-Terra Pro and the Price Range of the X-Terra Pro is only $269. And 😮 WoW and I love the X-Terra Pro ❤.... compared to what I have owned and the abilities to tell me what the target is going to be..... and that's why I started with the lower sensitivity and I don't need to dig a hole to China Anyway using the Full Sensitivity....

    • @carolrice2063
      @carolrice2063 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes on the Mode that you are using and the last ground balance and sensitivity but then No on the iron Bias Settings and I haven't checked yet on the hidden side features that I have forgotten to change but it's also a Site Dependent on your settings that each place will be different and EMI Interference and it's not that hard to set it Each time like the Higher Level of Detector's are..... and the X-Terra Pro is a Totally Great Detector for the Money that you Don't have to Spend to get it..... And I Coin Shoot and it's a Dream Detector for that..

      Thanks for watching. The more you use the machine, the more you will get to understand it.
      For a beginner, maybe try keeping it on Park 1 mode, and just change sensitivity as required. 15 kHz will be a good all round frequency. Happy hunting!

      @@treasure_hunters No problemo! Its actually very useful! Loving the machine so far, only hic-up was the bluetooth, I assumed it was like my old Nox 800 and would work with any headset, but nope, only minelab headsets. I grabbed a blutooth tx dongle and was off to the races. Does the Xterra have a customer user mode function? Thanks!

      None are really designed for gold nugget hunting. You want to look for a machine with higher frequency for tiny nuggets, so something like Gold Monster or Equinox 800/900 which has higher frequencies

    Hello friend, I'm very interested in buying an xterra pro, I don't have a detector at the moment, I had it for a long time, an AT pro Garrett, you must know it, in your opinion would this xterra pro be better than the AT pro?

    • @treasure_hunters

      Xterra Pro should work better in saltwater compared to AT Pro, so better at the beach.
      Other than that, AT Pro is still a good machine.

    so gold has a lower conductivty than silver? intresting, you are really good at physics

    • @treasure_hunters
      @treasure_hunters  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Yes, silver is really high conductive metal compared to gold.
      “Silver has the highest electrical conductivity of all metals. In fact, silver defines conductivity - all other metals are compared against it. On a scale of 0 to 100, silver ranks 100, with copper at 97 and gold at 76. Because of this property, and because it doesn't spark easily, silver is commonly used in electrical circuits and contacts.”
