Incorporating pineapple into your diet can also enhance your mood and provide a burst of energy, thanks to its natural sugar content. Whether enjoyed fresh, blended into smoothies, or added to savory dishes, this remarkable fruit holds the secrets to a healthier, happier life. Discover the many ways pineapple can work wonders for your body and find out how to make it a delicious staple in your daily routine.

Pineapple skins may be covered in pesticides and herbicides banned in the United States. Monsanto and other soulless corporations are allowed to export their banned chemicals to other countries still. Pineapples from Costa Rica, Guatemala and similar corrupt government countries probably should have their skins (at least) discarded. Making 'tea' from toxic waste isn't very wise.

I have a strong affection for pineapple, consuming it as a snack almost daily. Several years ago, I embarked on a diet that involved fasting for a few weeks. During this period, I primarily drank water and only indulged in small pieces of pineapple when I felt hungry. Upon resuming my regular eating habits, I began with modest portions. This approach made me feel revitalized, increased my energy levels, and resulted in a significant weight loss.

What a fantastic video, Dr. Mandell! 🍍 Who knew that the humble pineapple could be the superhero of the fruit world? With over 51,000 views in just a few days, it seems like everyone is ready to embrace their inner tropical health guru!
Your breakdown of bromelain is particularly enlightening. It’s like the Swiss Army knife of enzymes-helping with everything from digestion to inflammation. Who knew that munching on pineapple could be a delicious way to tackle sinusitis and arthritis? Talk about a fruit that packs a punch!
And let’s not forget the antioxidants! Pineapples are like nature’s little bodyguards, fighting off free radicals while we enjoy our piña coladas (or, you know, just plain pineapple). Plus, the idea that this fruit can help with stress and energy levels is a game-changer. Next time I’m feeling overwhelmed, I’ll just grab a slice instead of reaching for that third cup of coffee!
Your enthusiasm for this tropical delight is contagious, and it’s clear that you’re on a mission to spread the word about its health benefits. I can already see the pineapple-themed wellness retreats popping up!
Thanks for sharing this valuable information in such an engaging way. I’m off to stock up on pineapples-who knew saving my life could be so delicious? Keep up the great work! 🍍✨

Well I am certainly not the doc, but I also love pineapple and cottage cheese! Since the bromelin eats protein and he said to eat a protein with pineapple to avoid a sore mouth (it makes my tongue sore sometimes). I always buy the 4% milk fat (whole milk) cottage cheese because it fills me up more, eat less at a time, keeps me satisfied for a long amount of time, and actually helps my blood glucose numbers drop rather quickly. Plus, the 4% has more protein versus the lower fat cottage cheese .
It's kinda like my miracle food! Hope my experience helps some

Thank you, Dr. Mandell. Yours is the best explanation of the healthful benefits of pineapple that I have heard so far. It also serves as a great reminder as to why I started eating fresh pineapple as well.
    Be Well.
