1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
2 Tbsp Ghee
Mint Leaves
Coriander Leaves
1/2 Tsp Chilli Flakes
Burning Coal
750 gms Rice
4-5 Tbsp Oil
3 pc Cinnamon
6 Green Cardamoms
4-5 Cloves
2-3 Bay Leaves
2 Black Cardamoms
2 Chopped Onions

15-20 Almonds Paste
250 Gms Curd
1 Tsp Salt
2 Cups Milk
½ Cup Mayonnaise
250 ML Fresh Cream
1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
