Chicken Malai Seekh Biryani | Malai Seekh Biryani Recipe | Chicken Seekh Biryani by Ashus Delicacies
Ingredients for Seekh
Minced Chicken - 750 grams
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilly Flakes - 1 tsp
Chopped Green Chillies - 1 tsp
Chopped Onion - 1 medium sized
2 bread slices/ 1 ladi pav - soaked in water and squeezed
Corn Flour - 1tsp
Fresh cream - 1 tsp
Chopped Coriander and mint leaves - 2 tbs
Clarified Butter - 1tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Creamy Gravy For Biryani
Oil - 1/4 cup
Star Anise- 1
Cinnamon stick - 2 inches
Black pepper- 1 tsp
Green cardamom - 5 to 6
Cloves- 5 to 6
Bay Leaves- 2 to 3
Mace - 1 blade
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Chopped onion - 3 medium sized
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Coriander seeds powder - 1 tsp
Biryani masala powder (Any brand of your choice )- 1tsp
Yogurt - 1 cup
Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
Fresh Cream - 1/2 cup
Grated Cheese - 1/2 cup
Amond/cashew paste - 2 tsp
Chopped Green chillies - 2 tsp
Salt - 1 1/2 tsp
Milk - 3/4 cup
Fried Potato Wedges - around 150 grams
90 % cooked Rice - 750 grams
Milk - 1Cup
Kewra water - 1tsp ( optional )
Clarified Butter - 2tsp
For Garnishing the Biryani - Fried onion , Chopped Coriander and Mint leaves
