For kabab:
500 g chicken
1 tsp crushed coriander seeds
1 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tsp crushed red chilli
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garam masala
¼ cup fried onion
¼ cup onion
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
¼ cup mint leaves
¼ cup coriander leaves
2 green chilli
1 tbsp fresh cream
2 soaked and squeezed bread slices/ 2-3 tbsp roasted gram flour
Gravy:
½ cup oil
1 cup onions
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 black cardamom
7-8 green cardamom
5-6 cloves
8-10 black pepper
1 mace
1 star anise
2 inch cinnamon stick
1½ tbsp ginger garlic paste
½ tsp black pepper powder
½ tsp white pepper powder ( optional )
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp biryani masala powder
1 tsp salt
½ cup curd
7-8 green chilli paste
10-12 cashews or almond paste
⅓ cup fresh cream
⅓ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup process cheese ( optional )
2 fried and cooked potatoes
Rice:
2 cup well soaked rice
2 tbsp salt
cinnamon stick
2 bay leaves
garnish:
coriander leaves
mint leaves
fried onion
½ cup milk
1 tsp kewra water
2 tbsp desi ghee
you can add food colour as well

Hi Lubna, I made this recipe exactly as you've shown. It turned out extremely tasty. In fact I made the seekh like how you've shown multiple times afterwards. Only one problem I'll share, I couldn't get the seekh to stick to the skewers, so I just made the seekh shape n put it on the grill pan😅
