For gravy Half cup mayonaise Half cup Cream Half cup chopped cheese/ grated Add badam paste Add 1cup milk n keep aside In a pan heat some oil and ad whole garam masala n let it splutter Then add 4 onions until soft 2tbs ginger garlic paste 7-8 green chilies 1/2 black pepper powder 2chicken cubes Add 1cup dahi keep on medium flame n stir Cook for 5mins Then add garam masala Then add creamy mixture mix it and bring it to boil Add 1 cup water n bring to boil again Then cover n cook for 5-10 mins on low flame

But I used chicken tikka instead of chicken what you used secondly the rice became soft because I kept for 20 minutes on tava. The rest was ok. God bless you and your family. What abt salt
As a beginner its difficult for me to add salt as taste
For gravy

Loads of shukran, I tried it, gave delicious results. I added some vegetables with potatoes. Rice became more sort of fried rice type. 👌🙏
