try to add a drizzle (or a teaspoon) of olive oil (extra virgin of olive oil if you get one) and the cheese before and after serving,so the risotto become more creamy,greg. but,it's looks good tho.

I'm sure it tastes just as good as traditional risotto, but I don't want to wait 2 hours to eat risotto. Fortunately, it takes only about 20 minutes of cooking to make the same amount of risotto the traditional way - couldn't be easier (except you have to be there the whole 20 minutes, stirring it and gradually adding liquid to it).
Please keep making recipes and meals like this, the food reviews are getting annoying and all your other recipes just seem to contain cheese and eggs. These videos are why I'm subscribed like the old days of gregs kitchen keep it up
So delicious...added fresh shrimp 🍤 at the end of cooking for 10 minutes. Added a little butter and Parmesan cheese and fresh basil. Delicious
