It was reintroduced in London in October 2024. It costs £4.49 ($5.63) I wouldn't think of trying it here. It does look very messy and droopy. I tried it once years ago when it was on the menu last time round and remember it being just too soft for a 'rib meat' item. I'm visiting North Carolina in June so may try the US version while I'm there although it's probably very similar to the Euro version. It may of course not be on the menu by the time I reach there so I'll end up trying an item exclusive to the United States maybe.
I've never had a McRib. It scares me. I've had people tell me it's decent. My brother swears by it. I might have to try it. Pork, onions, pickles, sauce on a bun sounds great. I think it's just the shape of the meat.
The last time I had it, about 15 years ago, it had a huge piece of gristle in it. Probably a rarity, but turned my stomach enough to never order it again
