Great Insights Rajni Ma'am... Seemed as if a whole world of wisdom is presented as a gist. It's the fear which is very natural in us, the normal mortal beings. Fear of missing out, fear of death, fear of failure, fear of being cheated etc. Well, I'm afraid of many things. One of my fears is the fear of being embarrassed in my profession. This hampers my performance in the technical aspects when I fail to take the initiative and jeopardize my growth as a professional technician. I often take the back seat and don't get out of my comfort zone. As Mark Twain once said," Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear- not absence of fear." Ma'am, with your guidance, I will try to overcome it by knowing it in better way. I may change the script. I may try to visualise myself being a competent technician. I shall celebrate the small wins. Thanks a lot, Ma'am. Keep shining ( using your signature phrase) :)
Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and insights! As someone who’s been teaching for years, it’s inspiring to see your approach and learn from your experience. Your tips and techniques are invaluable to both new and seasoned educators. Keep up the amazing work!”
I think this is what I needed, seems it was tailor-made for me. A real life problem being solved in 8 mins and really beautifully explained. thanks mam.
