omg this is my childhood..I use to be up till 2am when I was 9 years old making shitty stickfigure fight animations on this progam this program gives me such joy and is so nostalgic for me. I used to play so much on this program on my windows xp intel D processor dell computer. Its amazing.

1.Go to windows
2.click on Workspace layout.
3.click on Default.
It's not really going to bring it back, it just reset all tabs to its original place.
Made it easy to understand, hope it works for you.

Simply click on that frame. Or if the frame is "down" the timeline out of view, scroll at bottom of timeline window to frame and click on it. You can reach any frame on any layer anywhere along the timeline, without scrubbing the playhead, unless you want to.
