Rjey wasn't kidding, man! Easily one of your best videos yet. Really engaging, great narrative pull, nice visual storytelling and edits. Onward and upward, amigo!
Its definitely the weight and the tyres that make it difficult pedalling.. I also found that level ONE assist was pretty much useless to me, but if you go into the sub menus you can adjust the power or wattage given to each level of assist. I just upped mine slightly on level one making better for quick access up hills without going through the different levels, but careful of the jolt as you set off. ENJOY, im loving mine.
It would be nice to know where the location is as with most comments it's hard to know if you are in an EU country where the speed limit is set I think at 15.5 miles an hour, and if so does your E bike comply with these regulations for road use.
To be honest I would only do that if I was going on a long distance trip and I wanted to save battery as the hill would use up more battery from the bike with it requiring more power, if I was going on a normal bike ride and it was a big Hill I can just ride up with the throttle or pedal assist no issues.
@@MrHtech yes...too much things to do...video and to send them battery but it wasn't sure they'd change me it Anyway this is 2 years ago but luckly my batt still arrive to do 45 kms
Not exactly because it depends on lots of stuff like terrain, uphill , speed level etc and if it’s constant throttle it will use energy faster. Probably a quarter of the max distance displayed for only throttle
Hi bro just had some issue with the bike my brother have bought the same bike but I think he had mess with the display and it’s locked can’t get activate if push the start button the display shows this numbers 19p ----- 0000 Don’t know it’s asking for password or what…is there any solution to reset the system….please reply
The P2 menu option is for setting the battery voltage protection. The default code is 1212, but if that's not working, then I consider the code has been changed. I recommend resetting the EP-2 Pro to factory settings (press and hold the + and - buttons together for 10 seconds). Once the EP-2 Pro has reset, try entering the P2 menu again and see if the default code works (I hope so).
usually these chinese fat tire cheap bikes fall apart in 3 months of regular daily riding. if its doing well after 1000km on the odo with no major failures let us know. i guessed you would likely have made it since their range estimate/2 is the real range estimate. i believe they have a set target for 100 hours before failure engineered into them. 1000/100=10 euros per hour. not bad.
Yeh I figured it has to be at least half, however I think I maybe could have done another 5km before it stopped .. putting it around 55-60km , a lighter rider also would of extended the range and also less uphills would of extended range. There’s many factors 👌🏼 I’ll see how far I go with it , but it was impressive
If you can get 80 percent of what the best bike on the market has then it is worth it. Checks the boxes. I would rather buy another car than a surron class bike.
It’s like that with every electric bike brand, even electric car brands they will give the max mileage estimate based on perfect conditions to make the bike/car more appealing , if I rode on a perfectly flat terrain the whole time I could probably get 80-100km but life’s not that easy haha

Thanks David 👌🏼😜

That’s a great tip thanks for that and yeh I’m enjoying it, it’s so much fun.
Thanks for watching aswell 👌🏼
7:43 nice burnouts!! This thing is clearly powerful 😂
Mate, great job!!
Thanks 😂
How do I change the settings so the motor engages without the delay ?
Wow, the bike locks very comfortable. Very impressive video. Thanks MrHtech
Thanks 👌🏼
80 miles is a long way, kind of impressive. Probably $40 in fuel if you drove a pickup truck instead.
I got 792 m8les on mine. And battery seems to have a dry cell.
Hi great blog, how do you change from kilometers to miles I have just bought the same bike thanks Bob.

Great video, well done!😊
Thanks :)
Ive got the same one it does about 25 miles on peddle assist 4 or 5 it's brand new
25mile sounds a bit low
Hi, is this bike legal to ride in uk. Reason I ask is because they have 750 watts motor which is three times over the UK limit. Cheers
@@BeYourselfMan no idea to be honest with you 😂😂
@@MrHtech Fair enough 🤣
Have you encountered any hills where you had to get off and use walk mode ??

Aren't crocs waterresistant to be fair :D
Great video!
Good point 😂 thanks
My bike like this never made more than 45 kms 😢
The battery engwe sent me in the bike, wasn't new! just used.
Damn that sounds awful , have you tried contacting them ?

I've just oaused at 4:18 and im gonna guess you'll get there with 2 bars still showing.
Was you right :p

Nearly, but not quite. 🤣
Is your one-way clutch in your hub loud? The clicking on mine is louder than the tire noise on the road.
Haven’t really thought about it😂 I’ll check it out next time I go riding
Do you think some 6'3" (190cm) could fit on this bike comfortably?
I’m around 185cm and I fit fine 👌🏼
Can you remove the trothle on this bike?
I’m not sure , you can de-activate it
do you know whats the range with just throtle?
Not exactly because it depends on lots of stuff like terrain, uphill , speed level etc and if it’s constant throttle it will use energy faster.

it is ok to ride ir on a rainy day? I am afraid it will rust the bike
It should be fine 😂 they prepare for that kind of stuff just like any bike 👌🏼
Spray some marine rust protectant on it before you ride.
is the bike still going strong
Yeah still using it to this day 😂
"Up to"😂😂😂
Where is this ? It looks so much nicer then the uk
Finland😂

I say 45miles
It's great that companies produce these low-end, inexpensive POS ebikes. So many people are happy with them, not understanding how lame they are.
