Because of summer I want to "slim down" a bit with your tip but still maintain my muscles, so I reduce the size of my meals or don't put too much pb on my porridge🤭 and it works!!!! I am very happy with my body and I don't miss anything. I also workout very early in the morning, bc. of you and can get a lot more out of my day. So you are such a great inspiration to me❤

You definitely need a low percentage of body fat to see visible abs. However, it naturally helps if you do ab workouts to grow your abs and make them even more visible. 😊
Hopefully this isn’t a silly question but is it okay to do the exercises in your guide out of order? Like in case you are waiting for a machine to open up, can you do a different one in the meantime? Likewise, can you switch up which days you use as your rest days?

That used to happen to me also 😢 my cue is really focusing on using my abs only to pull myself up and only holding my head when doing sit-ups. Also making sure to properly breathe in and out throughout my ab workout and not holding my breath.
