@@HomecookingwithT I am not sure of the genesis of the term - but it seems to have caught on as a catchy title for a compelling multi-flavor and multi-texture dish… and there are thus quite a few very tasty variations out there; yours is the first I have seen with an Asian theme. 👍👍
