He's a bodybuilder and is probably using steroids. But the point of his video isn't that doing these exercises will make you look like him; he's just giving you some suggestions regarding exercises that target the upper chest. Juicing or not, he is usually on the money with these little tips.
The dual cable exercise is targeting your front Delts way more than your upper chest like that. You need to pull te cables inwards as well to get the upper chest more involved. And doing push ups is a waste of time. Also steroid use helps a crazy amount 😂
