    Bonus: brain workout lol. Every point on the face was tender and has been for as long as I can remember. I know I've had trigeminal neuralgia on left side for a long time and I suspect it's causing issues all the way through my arm. This was invaluable information and advice. I'm so grateful for you.

    Oh wow.Just WOW! I have suffered for the last 19 years with horrific TJN in the right jaw (mouth & tongue). Doing this protocol felt amazing. I have been relentlessly searching all these years for a Dr. to provide just this information and not just medication. Your presentation is informative, educational and easy to grasp. I'm over the moon! Many, many thanks!

    You are God send at such perfect time!
    Having just gone through 1 week ago with my painful molar extraction that tuned into unbearable pain due to dry socket!
    Post extraction and am still quite sensitive, still painful (comes in waves) but not as intense as last 6 days.
    Thank you for this wonderful well informed and easy to follow through video🙂👍. Much appreciated!
    The above exercise made an immediate difference around my face, jaw and area of extraction. That continues to bear pain sporadically.

    I appreciate very much how you show the pictures, explain, the biology, and using the tools which helps us SEE how things are actually moving. This helps me remember what to do! You are an amazing teacher👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼. I would so appreciate if you could create protocol to help with ‘swimmy head feeling’😣. Especially with my glasses on, my head feels swimmy. ( I’ve see my ophthalmologist and have had prescription checked ). When in the car , boat etc I really get swimmy head!!! I think it’s something to do with incongruence between my vision and my brain but what can I do to decrease this? I would be ever so GRATEFUL 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
    Thank you for all that you do to help so many ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

    I have constant pain on both sides. I have bilateral trigeminal neuralgia neuropathy. I have had constant migraines since got it in 2015 and have had every kind of procedure and medications and nothing works. I got it from dental work in military and I was PA and had to retire and bed ridden for years have been out of bed and doing better last few years but always in pain. Ive seen so many specialists and because didn't react to normal treatments for it they gave up and said just gonna libe in pain.

    • @stopchasingpain
      @stopchasingpain  18 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Great question. Always start on the non-painful side first and see what kind of changes it makes on the painful side waiting 24 hours. Then you can do the non-painful side again and attempt to do the painful side. Sometimes the nerve is so sensitive you cannot do the painful side yet.

    I had dental implants done by an incompetent dentist and have since seen a periodontist who said they all have to be removed as they were placed incorrectly and have caused 50% bone loss, not to mention a punctured sinus. Ever since those implants, I've had pain behind and on top of my eye. Sometimes the pain is intense and leads to a global headache that's unbearable. I also will get fleeting earaches that are not from infection as my doctor and periodontist said I do not have an infection. There is also a nerve on the side of my temple that hurts everyday, but not all day. Is it possible that the implants could cause these issues? Periodontist says my bite is waaay off because of these implants. None of my teeth meet.

      Shingles will get this nerve big time. Don't do it right now. Drain your lymph first. Gotta get the trapped inflammation out first. See our Neck lymph assessment video

      you don't need the band- he used that ONLY to illustrate the nerve within your head. Thankfully, right? :)

    How does one know that one side of face is HOT? I am confused here.

      If it;s hot you will know - if you don't then you don't have heat and just pain.

      @@stopchasingpain Do I have to press it to feel the pain, or the pain is there regardless....when you say HOT? Like I have teeth grinding issue, and my jaw is painful just with touch. I'll pay more attention to it when I use the Mouthguard. Or clogged sinuses have pain without touching....and when you touch, it hurts more.
