Devs giving the Grems planes... 5.68k Gremblo about to usher in the dawn of the Purple Angels. Just gotta wait for the next update when you can super glue a bayonet to the plane and get the first aerial shing shing shing.
Forgot one major thing! Restrictions for bunker building has been taken out. You do not need an empty spot between garissons anymore. Meaning bunker building has changed massively!
Yes dude, actually super excited for that change! I didn't touch on it in the video (just showed the slide from the dev stream). Looking forward to doing a building beginner guide and going in depth with those changes!
@@raymonddenHartigh Yeah, restrictions for bunker base building was stupid. I get it that you don't want your bunker to have changes that you don't expect, but there were times that I couldn't even build a door to get into a rifle garrison. It was lame, and of course we lost the bunker anyways.
The biggest change to me looks like the bunkers and mines. No longer will deadlands be wall to wall bunkers. Hope it actually helps the designs be less hoi4
Someone told me you can use tripod weapons inside bunker pieces. You just have to stack a tripod on another tripod in order to get enough height to shoot through the firing ports.
@ Yeah definitely. I think they haven’t made tripods that are able to adjust height yet. From the picture demonstration I saw for the tripod it looks like they placed the tripod on the window of the townhall and not inside the building itself. They must’ve seen me do my tripod trick a couple of times lol.
I'm SO happy about the stamina and shouldering. No more BS players that run around and do the spin trick to kill you instantly. What AT grenade does the Collies have?
Heard alot of assault rifles are going to rmats instead of bmats. Like the dusk, alto, booker, and catera. Might be different in the facility. Might end up being an ATR meta as a result.
Might kill the spirit of the game but god i wished there was more automation with logi, if ONE other person helped with some supply lines the front would be readily stocked all the time, usually bases inbetween towns and the front are almost empty And hope for more infantry stuff maybe mounting watch towers? Shooting platforms in trenches maybe explosive breaches to open gaps between close trenches
More verticality could be interesting with wooden forts and platforms. I think some automation wouldn't kill the spirit at all with logi. If anything, there needs to be more attention given to that gameplay loop and make it feel more satisfying.
@GrembloTV i wont lie that commendations are a big motivator aswell as going to the front itself and talking with others beats, complete silence doing supply line work then getting partisaned Im wondering if train round houses could be a thing, maybe some mlre streamlined ways to transfer crate into townbase idk, logi is the life and blood of this game but god is it dreadfully boring to play most of the time
The one thing I’m surprised they didn’t change or at least bring up is the armor uniforms, even when they showed them in the Examples. I’m just wondering how people can successfully get into Melee range with the uniform when it doesn’t protect well at close-point blank range from bullets(you can’t get one tapped by a bayonet so I guess it be somewhat great in melee). I think the way they should change the armor uniforms to make them more useful in urban and trench clearing operations is to give them one more equipment slot so you can equip bandages or more ammo, and include shotgun shells and SMG rounds to be allowed to stack in your inventory for more options in close range firefights. To up the point blank survivability of said equipment I would allow it to be similar to tank armor in which lower caliber bullets like 8 mm and 9 mm have a higher chance to bounce off or be stopped by the armor or higher Caliber bullets like 7.62 and .44 have a low chance of bounce and Stoppage by the armor. I would also add a resistance to frag grenades as well(though it’s weird that the colonial armor uniform was designed explicitly to combat frag grenades but for some reason, is not reflected in game) so you don’t get one tapped by a frag grenade, though you would get damaged significantly if you’re on top of it. this would also be included with the current small arms resistance in these armors so the users will take less damage overall and allow them to get into proper range but can still be killed with bad positioning and heavier weapons. I would make these changes so that the army uniform can be used by shock troops to help clear the trenches and other bb defenses and their husks, and to hold them longer against such mass infantry assaults.
Yeah it'll be interesting to see how armor uniforms change up combat for the next war. I could see myself using them more often now that melee is getting a shake up.
One war in shard 3, I joined a partizen encampment in suns hollow. By the end of the session, that encampment was surrounded with stolen trucks and filled with stolen equipment.
Weird, in the devstream (around the 27 minute mark) the devs were saying that "the 20mm AT-rifles will do damage to the tanks armor hitpoints and they're not meant to kill enemy vehicles". I might have misunderstood where damage is applied.
It's a mod I installed! I actually made a guide on how to install mods in Foxhole (looks like a bunch of folks don't know you can do that), let me know if this video helps you out! th-cam.com/video/1Y5fVX0TA6E/w-d-xo.html
@@GrembloTV I had asked Robertluvsgames on discord about this and he showed me the mod page, but the mod he showed was a mod that could scramble existing uniform parts. None of them could make my guy look shredded.
@ 20mm is hella broken with the fact that it does basically no damage to tanks and this includes AT pills and G houses. Gas is basically pointless you can literally stand in it before it kills you. Melee charges are pointless now due to your opponent just being able to run away and even if you do reach them you won’t be able to swing your weapon that much due to the stamina change. Oh and my personal hatred of this update is the new building update. Building bunkers used to be an art form that took skill and knowledge of the games mechanics to create a beautiful fortress but now building has been reduced to a level below mediocre. Now any smooth brained moron can build a super fortress by stacking garrisons side by side creating some Soviet block style monstrosity. I could go on more but those are some of my personal irritations with this update.
Please by callahan do not let Gremblo fly🙏
Ever since I was a little boy.... I dreamed of flying

you got me with that bayonet on the front of a plane
Great video! Small correction the Green Ash eats at your stamina, after you’re out of stamina it starts taking from your health
Great callout!
@@rileyclements5139 thank you! No more insta-death by Green Ash. Fighting with that around was just so tedious.
We honestly need vehicle husk that can be salvaged or used as cover, it’s dumb they just disappear
Nah there's just too many of them. Who knows maybe in the future.
maybe for the super heavies

It would be super cool to get Officer’s Swords, the colonials could get a cavalry saber and the wardens could get a sidesword

Definitely going to make building more accessible for new players.
@@GrembloTV oh don't worry, us builders have already COOKED some more gamebreaking designs.

stacking tripods haha, hopefully devs patch that and make it easier

don't forget the best part of the update, the Doru now has an extra 5m of bullet fall-off at max range.
Bless up
As much as I'm hyped for planes(please add Balloons).
The medic update is something I'm super happy about especially the Medic bunker
Same, loving the changes to medics and medic gameplay.

this is why I always commend and thank a medic
with new melee system fight club is going to get wacky
Definitely going to be a lot more entertaining.
Thanks for the update! 😊

Collies have the sticky grenade

Pretty sure the B2 Varsi doesn't replace the flask so we get both.
