Clearly an area without any ground issues, right? No base of rock gravel and or sand to minmize heaving or settling. No drainage issues apparently as no effort made to direct runoff. And why simply bury all those weeds without killing em uf you want a nice lawn?
The person did the work without following any technology, so the result will not last more than two months and it is a very bad example for youtube viewers, because you can't work like that. Therefore, I rated it negatively.

I always half bond the slabs ( extra strength) and put a 10 mm 3 and 1 mortar joint between them to stop weeds.

Agreed. Almost everything they done, they done incorrectly. And the finished job won't last before it starts to deteriorate.
