Trying the 1st Bojangles in Texas

- The grand debut of Charlotte, NC based restaurant Bojangles. Not just another variation of a chicken a restaurant, but rather a incredible experience of what Bo's is known for. Their chicken n biscuits. While the full menu wasn't launched with the opening. The sample of their breakfast biscuit sandwiches, along with their boneless chicken is not to be scoffed at. For starters their Cajun Chicken Biscuit had everything you want in a perfect bite (Savory, Smooth and Delicious). The Steak Biscuit was surprisingly juicy and might be even better than the chicken. The Bo rounds were soft pillow like potato rounds that were pleasantly textured and a different take on hash browns. Their Tenders was crunchy, juicy and a little kick that separate it from its contemporaries. Their Tea which they sell by the gallon was actually not bad as I don't even like tea. Finish your experience with their sweet blueberry Bo Berry biscuits that'll make you have to get a half dozen to go. Bojangles intro in Texas is as Tasty as it is welcomed. Just sucks that they apparently don't sell the bone-in chicken and only sell spicy tenders, they ditched the superior tasting (imo) homestyle tenders.

Bojangles was in Texas (Houston) in the 1980's. They were a part of my childhood and it is good to see them coming back to the area.

T he location in lancaster tx website needs some work on it. Times for menu items, missing menu. Cab you only by biscuit. Phone number does not work.

Bojangles breakfast is better than any TX fast food breakfast. Maybe it's your personal taste. Plus you said Canes is garbage? I don't know what to tell ya. And who doesn't like blueberries?
Today we had one of the higher ups come in and invite a manager to a cookout while excluding regular employees such as myself. Which was rather ironic considering the company breaks labor laws everyday not giving people any lunch break whatsoever. Also found it interesting that the same aforementioned person previously told a fellow Co worker of mine when asked how to contact her that she didn't give out numbers, personal information to staff. I guess only managers are that special. Good to know the people that actually do the labor that keeps businesses afloat are so greatly appreciated.
The chicken doesn't taste the same way it used to, sadly. I'm old enough to know when it was waaay better. 😢

I went to the one in Euless earlier. I had the chicken sandwich, the fries, the biscuits, and the Bo-Berry Biscuits. All of the food was SO good!

How can you open up a Bojangles in Texas and not have bone-in chicken? They managed to though, thinking that the way to go is chicken tenders. None of the new Bojangles in Texas will have their bone-in chicken. They will only have chicken tenders and chicken sandwiches. Count me out. If I want chicken tenders I'll go to Cane's.
Bojangles is too overrated. Everything Is premade and their Mac n cheese is just Kraft Mac n cheese
I like their chicken strips, both chicken sandwiches (crispy and grilled), French fries and of course bo berry biscuits. I didn’t care for their Mac and cheese. Dipping sauces, love the peach honey hot sauce and the jalapeño ranch.
