I've always considered Windwood's voice to be a musical instrument all of its own. This is especially true on this song.

Seriously underated as he is a better vocalist than Phil Collins who cant hit the high notes. Never could successfully. Of course Phil can play drums, piano and do everything else. But singing wise this dude was the champ.

To be fair, the chorus is INCREDIBLY catchy and I understand why the remix became so popular
ok ok, on the other hand, I am a fan of the bangalter mix from 2004 for years, and so I got to know this track. Now one of my favorites. For listening I appreciate this over the 2004 remix. The 2004 version is a nice house track for mixing. I often play it while driving. Indeed a catchy chorus. I never really liked the prydz-version, it misses the sounds from 1:20

They re did the drums for the 1987 remix. 1982, they used a drum machine, and the drums were quieter. In the 1987 remix, they used an actual drummer with electronic drums, and the drums are louder.
